上海科辅文化传播有限公司始创于2012年7月，中心本着“传承文化、演绎经典”的精神，凭借着高素质的团队，高质量工作水平以及高效率的工作风格从临时管托、科学辅导、积极培养婴幼儿乃青少年的文化艺术成长入手，以培养下一代的“好习惯”、“好性格”、“好成绩”、“好体魄”为契机，积极组织研究、探索婴幼儿乃青少年的学习兴趣、学习方法，并结合东方的传统教育辅导理论，期望尽快推出一套全新的育儿课外辅导模式，以期能促进婴幼儿、青少年们综合能力的提高。迪斯逗逗成立今已哺育和培养辅导过1500多名婴幼儿和青少年，使他们在德智体美各方面得以全面发展，并在乐器、舞蹈、美术、围棋、国际象棋考级、作文比赛、逻辑思维、故事叙述等诸多方面取得骄人成绩，其中不少学员考入诸如逸夫、世外、上外、盛大家园、上中国际、位育、华育、西南模等重点名校。中心目前在徐汇区拥有总面积近800平米的两家实体经营店铺，拥有专兼教职员工100人，还拥有多项自主知识产权的专利技术，经过两年多的发展，中心的管理、教学、品牌等日趋完善。
中心的服务目标是：让每个孩子真的成为天才，真的成为商界名流、政界和科技精英！让每个从业者真的成为科学辅导的专家。
中心的梦想是：立志成为开放式的的“科辅教育辅导基地”，使其成为社区文化艺术教育的“科学辅导站”，力争成为中国人家自创品牌进驻国际社区的教育课外辅导学堂；目前中心不仅拥有专业性的文化艺术、音乐舞蹈、教育科辅团队，也拥有在社区家门口推广全方位教育辅导服务的地理优势，力争再经过三年多的努力，使其成为上海社区教育的块品牌。
